Can one company mix products?
Yes. Each person gets their own plan: Phone for the front desk, Sales for reps, Support for the service desk. One admin, one invoice.
What counts toward fair use?
Calls to US and Canada numbers, pooled across your company. Most teams never come near it. Unusual use, such as auto-dialing on a Phone plan, is reviewed with you first. The details are in the terms.
How is AI lead research priced?
Sales Pro and Max include a monthly allowance. You pay for leads that fit your prompt, not for searching. A search that finds nothing costs nothing, and a wrong number is credited back.
Is Parallel Dial compliant?
Kite measures abandonment on every campaign against a 1% target and drops a line when it passes 1.5%. The legal limit is 3%.
Can I switch plans or billing later?
Yes. Change any person's plan from the admin. A move to annual billing starts at the next renewal.
