The service
Kite provides business phone, sales, support and email software to companies, billed per plan.
Fair use
Unlimited US calling on a plan is pooled across your company. Most teams never come near the limit. Unusually high use, such as auto-dialing on a Phone plan, is reviewed with you before anything changes.
Your responsibilities
Your company decides who it calls and emails, and follows the calling, recording and consent rules that apply to it.
Billing
Plans bill monthly or yearly. Changes to a person's plan take effect from the admin, and annual billing starts at renewal.
